Which devices are incompatible with Tiger eSIM?
Incompatibility applies to the following cases:
- Operator-customized phones and contract phones may restrict the installation of third-party eSIMs.
- Some mainland China version phones do not have an eSIM hardware module and cannot be used.
- Jailbroken/rooted devices may cause eSIM authentication failure and are not supported.
