What are the device requirements for using Tiger eSIM?
Three core conditions must be met:
- The device supports eSIM functionality (compliance of the model version must be confirmed).
- The device is not locked by the operator's network and not jailbroken (iOS) or rooted (Android), otherwise authentication and configuration download will be affected.
- The EID code can be obtained (for operator registration and authentication).
