What to do if the eSIM QR code cannot be scanned?
- Ensure the QR code is clear, unobstructed, and free of glare. Maintain a scanning distance of 10-15 cm.
- If the camera cannot recognize the QR code, go to [Settings] - [Camera], disable "Scan QR Codes" and re-enable it.
- Directly click "Manually enter activation code" on the order details page to skip the scanning step.
- Save the QR code to the album and scan it using the device's built-in QR code scanning tool.
