What to do if eSIM activation is stuck on iOS devices?
- Force quit the Settings app and re-enter the activation page.
- Disable Wi-Fi and use mobile data from another SIM card for activation.
- Restart the device and select "Manually enter activation code" on the activation page to retry.
- If still stuck, uninstall and reinstall the app, then re-trigger activation from the order details page.
